Roshan N Perera

Roshan N Perera is an accomplished professional in facility management and project development, currently serving as the Director of Sierra Facility Management since May 2024. As the Co-Founder Director of SpencerLee International since June 2008, Roshan has played a significant role in the company's growth. Prior experience includes serving as General Manager of MEP Projects at Hayleys Fentons from October 2017 to May 2024, and holding Executive Consultant Project Director roles at both Bricks Developers and BVRO Holdings from April 2015 to October 2017. Previously, Roshan was the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Project Director at Spence Engineering & Constructions (Pvt) Ltd from June 2003 to April 2015, and held the position of Head of Department / Project Director at Sierra Construction (Pvt) Ltd from September 1997 to November 2003. Roshan's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering Science specializing in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management from the University of Peradeniya, completed in August 1997, following earlier studies at St. Sylvester's College.
