SCS is more than just a plan room or typical Builder's Exchange. We're not here to sell you insurance; we want you to find bidding jobs the easiest way possible. Our goal is to provide the most comprehensive, current information on jobs bidding available. Our weekly newspaper publication is in an easy to read book format featuring currently bidding jobs in the Northern Nevada and Eastern/Northern California areas along with bid results, contracts awarded, architectural/engineering opportunities and legal notices. We are dedicated to giving you a level of assistance that you won't find elsewhere. SCS excels in customer service; we will continually go the extra mile to get you what you need. Our physical plan room provides a quiet venue to look at plans. Our online plan room utilizes Onscreen Takeoff 3.5 to view and perform takeoffs. With the plan room you have access 24/7 to plans, specifications and addendums. Also available are projects outside our local area as well as jobs in the planning stages. You can view who else besides yourself has looked at the same project, add yourself as a General Contractor bidding on a project or order prints. If you have access to a wide format printer you can print blueprints free of charge. You can view archived bid results and contracts awarded. Our online plan room is accessible to paid subscribers who are provided a user name and password. Call Frank at (775) 329-7222 for a free preview of our online services.
