Adel Abuellel

Adel Abuellel has extensive experience in the valve, fittings, and pipe manufacturing industry. Adel is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Sierra Engineering & Manufacturing, where they lead R&D teams in designing innovative products and solutions. Adel also oversees the enhancement of their flagship product line and was involved in setting the company's business plan. Prior to this, Adel held the role of Vice President of Operations at Greater Cairo Foundries, where they implemented lean manufacturing systems and improved productivity and efficiency. Adel also served as the Director of International Business Development and Sales for the Middle East and Africa at Mueller Co., where they established and maintained profitable relationships with distributors and facilitated expansion into new markets. Adel's experience also includes roles as the Director of Engineering at Henry Pratt Company and Chief Product Engineer at Mueller Co. Adel has a strong background in product engineering, design, and development, as well as experience in strategic planning and market penetration.

Adel Abuellel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Management/Business from Jacksonville State University, which was obtained between 1996 and 1999. Prior to pursuing their MBA, Adel Abuellel earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Military Engineering College. Adel Abuellel has also obtained additional certifications in Strategic Sales Negotiations, Strategic Leadership, and Six Sigma Green Built from various institutions.
