Paul Andrews

Paul Andrews is the current President & CEO of Sierra Equities LLC. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer of Gold's Gym from January 2000 to December 2001. There, they were responsible for leading all aspects of acquisition and integration for 12 acquired gyms. Paul also managed the relationship with the company's equity sponsor and banking syndicate. Furthermore, they built the finance and accounting team and developed reporting and analysis systems to manage growth and private equity reporting requirements.

Before their time at Gold's Gym, Paul served as President of the Board of Directors at Big City Mountaineers from January 2009 to November 2016. At BCM, Paul was responsible for transforming the lives of under-served urban youth through wilderness mentoring expeditions that instilled critical life skills. Paul partnered with community-based youth organizations and caring adult volunteers who acted as mentors in the field to help young people realize their potential. Additionally, they oversaw a curriculum that improved integrity, self- esteem, responsibility, decision-making abilities and communication skills in close to 1,000 youth annually.

Paul Andrews studied physics at The University of Manchester, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.
