Engineering and Project Management

The Engineering and Project Management team at Sierra Hamilton is responsible for overseeing and optimizing drilling and completions operations for energy clients. This multidisciplinary team includes roles such as Drilling Fluid Engineers who manage drilling fluids, Field Construction and Infrastructure Project Managers who coordinate and oversee construction projects, Completions Foremen who ensure the smooth completion of wells, Mud Engineers who focus on the formulation of drilling muds, and Well Site Managers who supervise operations on-site. Together, they ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
