Manuel Alvarado is a Community Relations Manager at Sierra Health Foundation, where, since August 2013, efforts have focused on tackling health inequities in the San Joaquin Valley through grant programs. Alvarado played a pivotal role in launching and establishing the Merced offices, enhancing the organization's presence in the region and managing day-to-day operations and events.
