Adrian Bernal

Adrian Bernal is a seasoned engineer specializing in process improvement and development, currently serving as a Process Improvement and Development Engineer at Sierra International Machinery since August 2018. Responsibilities include research and development of future products, management of software development, and digitization of processes, while acting as a liaison between US and Italian factories. Prior roles include Program Manager at Planet, overseeing mission operations and spacecraft testing, and Project Manager, where Adrian led product release schedules and improved engineering productivity. Earlier experience includes automation engineering at Proctek Inc., focusing on SCADA network management and human machine interfaces, as well as co-founding a small jewelry business, where key roles involved quality assurance and logistical analysis.
