Debbi Haynes-Jacintho

Debbi Haynes-Jacintho is an experienced engineering professional with a significant background in systems engineering and program management, particularly within the context of the Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS). Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Sierra Lobo, Inc. since July 2017, Haynes-Jacintho manages program-level systems engineering support, overseeing requirement verification, validation activities, and coordination with key stakeholders at NASA and NOAA. Prior roles include Program Systems Engineer at Leidos, where similar responsibilities were held, and extensive tenure at Lockheed Martin as Hubble Space Telescope Ground System Test Lead, where Haynes-Jacintho directed test programs and led engineering teams. Additional experience includes a foundational role as a Test Engineer at Lockheed Martin and service as a Cryptologic Technician in the US Navy.
