Debbi Haynes-Jacintho is an experienced engineering professional with a significant background in systems engineering and program management, particularly within the context of the Joint Polar Satellite System (JPSS). Currently serving as Chief Engineer at Sierra Lobo, Inc. since July 2017, Haynes-Jacintho manages program-level systems engineering support, overseeing requirement verification, validation activities, and coordination with key stakeholders at NASA and NOAA.
