Jarrett Kaczmarski

Jarrett Kaczmarski is an experienced project lead with a strong background in engineering and management, currently working at Sierra Lobo, Inc. since February 2022. Previously, Jarrett served as a project lead at Jacobs from January 2018 to January 2022, focusing on propulsion department programs. Prior roles include general supervisor of plant air compressors at Ingersoll Rand, where management of a team of technicians was paramount for production efficiency, and project manager for engineered centrifugal compression, overseeing process optimization during a facility transition. Jarrett has extensive experience in project management from a decade-long tenure at Cameron, managing custom engineered compressors and operations in partnership with Yantai Jereh Group. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, along with a Master's Certificate in Strategic Organizational Management from Michigan State University.
