Jason Fillback

Jason Fillback has extensive experience in metrology and calibration, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an Engineering Technician and Metrologist at Sierra Lobo Inc since May 2008, Jason manages the Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment program for the Structures Directorate in AFRL. Prior roles include Metrologist positions at The Bionetics Corp. and Raytheon, where onsite calibration of TMDE was a primary responsibility. Jason also has experience as a Metrologist and Quality Engineer Tech at Pioneer Electronics and served in the USAF as a Metrologist and Micro Miniature Component Repair technician. Jason holds multiple certificates in metrology and calibration from NIST and PMEL USAF, reinforcing a strong educational foundation in the field.
