Tracy MacKey

Tracy Mackey is an experienced Equipment Management Analyst at Sierra Management and Technologies, Inc., providing support for Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting (ARFF) to NAVAIR / PMA-251 since March 2021. Prior to this role, Tracy served as a Program Manager at Naval Air Systems Command, focusing on Aircraft Fire Fighting, Rescue, and Salvage while managing teams to enhance procedures and implement technology. Tracy's extensive career in the US Navy, spanning over three decades, includes various leadership positions such as Aviation Deck LDO and Aircraft Handling Officer on USS GEORGE H.W. BUSH, as well as multiple roles on USS ENTERPRISE, where responsibilities involved flight deck management, safety assessments, and fuel maintenance. Tracy also contributed to aviation safety as an Airfield Safety Assessor at the Naval Safety Center and led training initiatives at the Center for Naval Aviation Technical Training Unit.
