Josh Sephton

Josh Sephton is an experienced technology leader currently serving as CTO at Sierra Medical and a member of the Edgbaston Research Ethics Committee for the Health Research Authority. Previously, Josh held the position of Interim CTO at PetBond and served as CTO at Lifelight®, where significant advancements in contactless vital sign measurement technology were achieved, including securing over £4M in funding. With a background as a fractional CTO at Pritchatts Consulting Ltd. and CTO at Vet-AI, Josh effectively scaled teams and developed product strategies that led to substantial revenue growth and successful partnerships. Additional roles include Head of Machine Learning at Push Doctor and senior developer at Redbrain, where impactful innovations in AI and automated systems were implemented.
