Alejandro Guardiola Mendoza has extensive experience in the mining and metallurgy sectors, currently serving as Superintendente de Planta at Sierra Metals Inc. since November 2021. Prior to this role, Alejandro held the position of Superintendente de Planta at Aras Mining from February 2021 to November 2021 and previously at Sierra Metals Inc. from September 2013, where responsibilities included Asistente de Superintendencia Planta, Jefe de Planta Concentradora, Jefe de Investigación Metalúrgica, and Jefe de Laboratorio de Ensayes y Metalúrgico.
