The Human Resources team at Sierra Metals is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle across the company's various mining operations in Peru and Mexico. This includes recruiting and onboarding new talent, administering payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and maintaining employee records. They also play a key role in developing HR policies, enhancing workplace culture, and supporting employee development and retention initiatives.
