Chris Ivesdal

Chris Ivesdal is a Technical Training Specialist at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. since June 2014, where responsibilities include training plan development, technical writing, employee onboarding, group facilitation, LMS administration, and procedural documentation. Previously, Chris held roles as a Quality Assurance Draught Beer Specialist, ensuring the quality of draught beer service across various departments, and as Tour Program Tasting Lead, providing educational experiences for brewery guests. Chris also served as an Adjunct Instructor for the Business of Beer course at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College, covering a wide range of beer-related topics. Earlier experience includes a position as Craft Beer Concierge at Asheville Growler and Bartender at Biltmore, which enhanced insights into guest experience and craft beverage expectations. Chris began a career in sales as a Sales Account Representative at Plasticard-Locktech International, handling major hotel accounts. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
