Mary Johnson

Mary Johnson currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. since April 2017, specializing in training and development as well as applicant tracking systems. Prior to this role, Mary held the position of Senior Director of Global Talent Management at Haemonetics from August 2010 to July 2016, where expertise in training and development was further developed. Mary founded The Grace Group and worked as a Human Resources Consultant from January 2008 to August 2010, focusing on training and development and analytical skills. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Leader at MGO and Human Resources Manager at Intel Corporation. Mary holds a Doctor of Public Administration in Human Resources from the University of Southern California and an MBA from California State University-Sacramento.
