Aj Smith

AJ Smith has over 13 years of experience at Sierra Nevada Corporation, where roles have included Senior Integrated Process Improvement Manager and Senior Business Development Manager. In these positions, AJ has successfully developed new system workflows and participated in the company-wide rollout of process changes, including creation of training materials. AJ also has a track record of data analytics and reporting using PowerBI, managing corporate level BD reports, and has built a proposal department that efficiently executed over 500 proposals. Prior experience includes managing a family-owned coffee shop and serving as an Electronics Technician in the US Navy.
