Cory Nardin

Cory Nardin is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in the aerospace and medical device industries. Currently serving as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Sierra Nevada Corporation since October 2025, Cory previously held a similar position at Sierra Space where responsibilities included leading the Thermal Protection System design for the Dream Chaser spacecraft. Prior roles include Mechanical Engineer III at Sierra Nevada Corporation, contributing to the advancement of the Dream Chaser design, and mechanical engineering positions at Mbio Diagnostics, Neo-Techne, and SAIC, where diverse skills were applied in rapid product development, engineering analysis, and project management. Cory holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University, along with teaching experience as a mathematics instructor at Mt. Hood Community College.
