Courtney Callen

Courtney Callen has over 15 years of experience in project and program management within the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Programs at Sierra Nevada Corporation since March 2014, Courtney previously held the position of Program Manager. Prior experience includes serving as the Integrated Program Team Lead at SPAWAR from September 2010 to March 2014, where responsibilities included managing a team of over 25 government employees and 100+ contractors, as well as staffing and hiring for project teams. Additional roles encompass Project Manager at SAIC, where management of client/server and web-based applications supported nearly 200 end users, and Technical Project Manager at the 308 Armament Systems Wing, delivering MS SharePoint Portal business process tools. Courtney began the career as a Senior Application Developer at MTM and as an Application Developer at Info Systems, Inc. Courtney earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from JMU College of Business in 2002.
