Josh Worthington

Josh Worthington serves as the Corporate Process Excellence Manager at Sierra Nevada Corporation since November 2021, after working as an Operational Excellence Consultant at Stratosphere Group. Prior experience includes roles as Process Improvement Manager and Continuous Improvement Supervisor at Busch Vacuum Pumps and Systems, where a companywide lean program was launched, and managers and employees were equipped with process improvement tools. Josh also held the position of Project Manager at Kiewit, successfully overseeing the installation and fabrication of fire suppression systems for various commercial contracts. Earlier, at John Deere, Josh contributed to Lean manufacturing processes through facilitating significant operational events and coordinating the rollout of lean initiatives. Josh holds a degree in Industrial Technology Management with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management from the University of Northern Iowa.
