Richard Boone

Richard Boone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in internal auditing and risk assessment. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Internal Audit at Sierra Nevada Corporation since August 2012, Richard oversees the development and implementation of corporate audit strategies and regularly updates the Audit Committee. Prior roles include Senior Internal Auditor at Amentum, where Richard focused on risk-based audit programs and compliance with government regulations, as well as Senior Associate in Risk Advisory Services at Weaver, managing Sarbanes-Oxley compliance projects. Richard's career began at Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities included trading and account support. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Baylor University, a Master of Science in Government Contracts from The George Washington University, and a Master of Science in Accounting from The University of Dallas.
