Manoj Jaikrishnan

Manoj Jaikrishnan has an extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Manoj started their career in the Ministry of Defence, Govt of India as a Marine professional, where they worked for 15 years. Manoj then moved on to Serval Group of Paper Mill Coimbatore, where they served as Deputy General Manager and Head of HR & IR. After that, they joined JANATICS INDIA PRIVATE LTD. as the Head of HR & Administration, a position they held for a duration of 8 years. Following this, Manoj worked as the CEO of Forbiz Management Consultants LLP for a period of 1 year and 7 months. Currently, they are employed as the Director of Operations at SIERRA ODC Private Limited in India.
