Susy Wang

Susy Wang began their career in 2005 as the HR & Accounting Manager for DePauw Construction, Inc., where they built a benefits package for employees and administered and audited vacation pay. Susy then moved to Retail Holdings Group, LLC in 2010, where they prepared NNN reconciliations, processed invoices for tenants, and tracked NNN receivables. In 2013, Susy joined Passenger as the HR & Accounting Manager, aiming for team synergy, screening for top talent, and identifying goals and recruiting for organizational needs. Susy then moved to LT Global Investment in 2015 as the HR Manager, where they recruited and filled positions usually within 45 days and saved the company over $66,000 in external recruiting fees. Finally, in 2018, Susy joined Sierra Pacific Engineering & Products as the HR / Payroll Manager, where they spearheaded the COVID-19 prevention program and coordinated a 2020 mid-year health insurance transition from a fully insured to a self-insured plan.
