Mark Lathrop

Mark Lathrop serves as the Executive Director of the Loggers Association of Northern California since March 2018, focusing on administering Certified Logger training programs aligned with the Sustainable Forestry Initiative. Additionally, Mark co-owns Good Life Jewelry, an endeavor that has been ongoing since October 2013. Mark's extensive experience at Sierra Pacific Industries, where involvement has spanned from September 1976 to the present, includes roles as Community Relations Manager, emphasizing education in the Forest Products Industry and overseeing marketing efforts, as well as serving as Safety & Environmental Coordinator, managing Injury & Illness Prevention Programs and environmental compliance. Mark's educational background includes attendance at Pleasant Valley High School and Butte College from 1970 to 1975.
