Melissa Young, PHR, is a dedicated human resources professional with extensive experience in HR coordination, contract specialization, and specialist roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Sierra Pacific Industries since July 2023, Melissa previously worked as a Physician Contract Specialist at PeaceHealth and spent 15 years at Community Home Health & Hospice as an HR Specialist, where responsibilities included payroll processing and benefits administration for a staff of 250. Melissa also held roles in leadership and customer service at St. Helens Veterinary Clinic and Burger King, demonstrating exceptional skills in managing fast-paced environments and providing outstanding service. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management at Western Governors University, Melissa is committed to advancing career skills in the HR field.
