Wes Lathen is a sales professional with extensive experience in account management and business development across various industries. Currently at Sierra Pacific Industries since April 2023, Wes previously served as a Strategic Account Executive at Verint, focusing on Digital First Solutions in the Federal and Public sectors. Prior to Verint, Wes worked at Adobe for over six years in multiple sales roles, including Enterprise and Strategic Inside Sales Specialist, where responsibilities included driving opportunities within the Retail Vertical. Wes also gained foundational experience as Lead Inbound Account Manager at Entrata, where responsibilities involved managing sales requests and training new team members. An internship as an Insurance Agent at Advance Insurance Corporate preceded a Bachelor's Degree in Communications: Public Relations from Utah Valley University.
