Brian McGinley

Brian McGinley currently serves as the Executive Vice President of National Retail Sales and Midwest Regional Retail Manager at Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc., a position held since February 2014. Based in Wichita, Kansas, Brian is responsible for expanding the company’s Midwest retail operations through the recruitment and retention of skilled mortgage loan originators and managers, overseeing retail branches in Wichita, Augusta, and Kansas City. Prior to this role, Brian held leadership positions at Envoy Mortgage from February 2012 to February 2014 and at Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation from January 2001 to January 2012, where both roles involved branch management and ownership. Brian attended Kansas State University from 1995 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Psychology, and graduated from Great Bend High School between 1989 and 1991.
