Jennifer Knight-Webb is an experienced payroll and compensation professional with a strong background in managing payroll processes, commission calculations, and operational compliance. Currently serving as Payroll Manager at Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc., Jennifer oversees payroll for over 1,000 employees and a team of more than 250 loan officers, having previously held senior payroll and compensation roles at GoodLeap LLC and Oracle.
