Jonne Mikita

Jonne Mikita has over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operational Strategy at Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc. since May 2012. In this role, Jonne is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to enhance mortgage origination and operations across various lending channels. Previous positions include National Operations Development Manager and National Operations Support Specialist II at Sierra Pacific Mortgage, where Jonne contributed to the corporate operations team. Prior experience encompasses roles as a DE Underwriter at Plaza Home Mortgage, Jr. Underwriter at Pinnacle Capital Mortgage Corp, and Sr. Loan Processor at Paradise Financial, among others. Jonne's career began in 2000 as a Loan Closer and Doc Drawer/Funder at Central Pacific Mortgage. Jonne attended Folsom Lake College from 1997 to 2000.
