Jessica Cervantes has been an integral part of Sierra Pacific Orthopedics since October 2019, contributing in various roles including Administrative Specialist, Referral Coordinator, and Check In. Prior to this, Jessica gained valuable experience at Target from September 2016 to March 2023, where responsibilities included serving as a Guest Service Associate and Guest Services Associate, demonstrating strong customer service skills and a commitment to supporting guests.
