Jonathan Erickson

Jonathan Erickson is an Independent Senior Consultant with extensive experience in organizational development and consulting across various sectors since 2002. Currently engaged with thefutureworX, the HOW lab, and Bell Pepper Consulting, Jonathan has also held consulting roles at Letseng Diamond Mine and Sierra Rutile Limited, focusing on organizational profiling, performance definition, and policy development. Additionally, Jonathan served as a Post-Graduate Supervisor at Monash University and taught undergraduate lectures at the University of Johannesburg. Previous roles include Group Training and Development Manager at Chubb Security and Senior Divisional HRD Manager at De Beers. Jonathan holds multiple degrees in Economics and Management Sciences, including an MBA and MPhil in Futures Studies from Rhodes University and the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
