Huy Pham

Huy Pham is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the technology and staffing industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Sierra Space since May 2023, Huy develops and implements strategies for sourcing, talent mapping, workforce management, and KPIs. Prior to this role, Huy spent nearly four years at Amazon as Manager of Recruiting III, focusing on tech recruitment for multiple business teams and expanding recruitment capabilities significantly.
