James F. Geurts

Honorable James F. Geurts (Council Chair), performed the duties of Under Secretary of the U.S. Navy, Chief Operating Officer of the U.S. Navy and Chief Management Officer of the U.S. Navy, prior to his retirement in 2021. Previously served as the Service Acquisition Executive for the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Special Operations Command.
