Jessica Leszczynski

Jessica Leszczynski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in safety and mission assurance within the aerospace industry. Since September 2012, Jessica has served as the Sr. Director of Safety & Mission Assurance at Sierra Space, overseeing safety and mission assurance for the Dream Chaser and Commercial Leo Destinations programs. Previously, Jessica held the position of Director of Safety and Mission Assurance at Sierra Space and was the Reliability & Maintainability Lead as a Sr. Systems Engineer. Prior to her tenure at Sierra Space, Jessica worked as a Systems Engineer III at Sierra Nevada Corporation and as a Systems Engineer at Valador Inc. Jessica began her career with biophysics research at Fordham University, where a Bachelor of Science in Physics was earned in 2008.
