Mindy Woolf

Mindy Woolf is a visionary leader with a 20-year track record of driving business results through strategic talent investment and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief Learning Officer at Sierra Space, Mindy leads efforts in Talent, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Culture & Engagement, and Organizational Design. Previously, Mindy held the role of Global Director of Learning and Development at AB InBev and has significant experience in various leadership positions within organizations such as Google, State Farm, and the US Army. Mindy earned a Bachelor's degree in Operations Research Analysis from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Maryland.
