Sanjoy Kumar

Sanjoy Kumar currently serves as the Vice President of Quality at Sierra Space since December 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Associate Director of Quality Engineering at Raytheon, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of APQP/PAPP processes. Sanjoy held the position of Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Spirit AeroSystems, overseeing quality functions across multiple sites globally. Additional experience includes Director of Mission Assurance at Northrop Grumman and various managerial roles at Raytheon, Telasic Communications, Semtech, Vitesse Semiconductor, Maxim Integrated, and Motorola. Sanjoy holds two Master of Science degrees in Probability and Statistics and Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering College in Durgpur, India.
