Talha Zobair

Talha Zobair is a seasoned tax executive with extensive experience in global tax leadership roles across prominent companies in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Tax at Sierra Space since March 2022, Talha leads the establishment of the corporate tax function and manages all global tax matters. Previously, Talha held similar roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation and Raytheon Company, where responsibilities included oversight of tax compliance, strategic planning, and team management. With earlier experience at ALCOA, Inc. and Ernst & Young LLP, Talha has developed a deep expertise in tax efficiency, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate audits. Talha holds advanced degrees in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and Vermont Law and Graduate School, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Legal Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
