Tanya Shelmanava

Tanya Shelmanava, CIA, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial compliance and auditing. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of SOX Compliance at Sierra Space since March 2022, Tanya previously held senior management positions in financial compliance and revenue audit at Vail Resorts and at Gates Corporation, where responsibilities spanned financial control and compliance. Tanya's career includes roles at EY as an Assurance Senior and positions at Yale New Haven Health Services Corporation and IBM. Tanya holds an MBA in Finance from Colorado State University and a BS in Accounting from Western Connecticut State University, along with an Associate's Degree in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management. Early educational experience includes attendance at Gomel'ski Dzjaržauny Universitet imja Franciska Skarany.
