Sierra Tel, a "Family of Companies,"​ has been providing service as a telephone company since 1895 to customers in Eastern Madera and Mariposa Counties. Sierra Telephone has a 100% digital, fiber optic network and "self-healing"​ fiber ring providing reliable, secure service of the highest quality. A wide variety of products and services are available to customers within our 775 square mile serving area.  We are based in California's beautiful central Sierra Nevada mountains, just south of Yosemite National Park.  The spectrum of services to customers encompasses telephone, Internet, security and business systems, as well as our Business Center, answering services, intrusion alarms, and long distance.
