Amy C. Fritton Grudinschi

Amy C. Fritton Grudinschi serves as Chief Financial Officer at Sierra Tucson and oversees the Accounting, Business Office, Safety and Accountability, Information Technology, and Dining Services departments. Amy has been instrumental in EHR implementation and ground breaking, industry standard automated verification safety system using blue tooth technology. Amy was named the CFO of the Year by Acadia Healthcare in June 2018 and the following year was chosen to mentor and train a CFO in training. Amy joined Sierra Tucson in July 2012 and has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining Sierra Tucson, Amy served as controller for a medical services company and as assistant regional controller for a dental services management company. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arizona, a certificate in nonprofit management from ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation and is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Arizona. In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and is an active member in her church where she currently serves on the board and as the treasurer.
