Laurie Johnson

Laurie Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Laurie is currently the Chief People Officer at Sierra7, Inc. starting in January 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Vice President, People and Talent at Sierra7, Inc. from March 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Sierra7, Inc., Laurie worked at NTT Ltd./Dimension Data as the Interim Head of Human Resources from February 2020 to February 2021. Laurie also served as the Senior Human Resources Manager at NTT (formerly Dimension Data) from October 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Dimension Data/NTT as a Manager, People & Culture from June 2014 to October 2019. Laurie started their career as a Regional Human Resources Manager at XcelHR People Resource Management from April 2011 to June 2014. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Essential Salon Products, Inc from November 2006 to April 2011. Prior to that, Laurie worked as a Principal at V Consulting from January 2003 to December 2005, a Human Resources Manager at RG Shakour/Essential Salon Products from 2000 to 2002, and as a HR Recruiter at Gentex Optics from January 1997 to January 2000.

Laurie Johnson holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Southern New Hampshire University, which was obtained from 2018 to 2021. Laurie also completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Worcester State University from 2000 to 2002. Moreover, they have a High School Diploma from Prouty.
