Juliana Hoyos

Juliana Hoyos is currently the General Counsel at SierraCol Energy, where Juliana analyzes and evaluates legal matters within the organization, structures and implements strategies for legal management, and handles judicial and extrajudicial disputes. Prior to their current role, Juliana worked as a Lawyer at Oxy, providing support in contract negotiation, execution, and termination, as well as handling contractor claims. Additionally, Juliana worked as an Abogado Jr. at Posse Herrera & Ruiz Abogados, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and legal advisory on various corporate and contractual matters. Juliana Hoyos holds a degree in Law from Universidad de Los Andes and a specialization in Social Responsibility from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
