Niels Hartogsveld

Niels Hartogsveld currently serves as the Operations Manager for Installatietechniek and Privatis at Siers Groep B.V., where responsibilities include developing business strategy and managing operations in the energy transition sector, particularly in EV charging, large-scale battery projects, and solar installations. Niels has also held roles as Operations Manager for Infraconsult, managing a significant part of the business, and leading a team of specialists in subsurface utilities engineering. Niels' earlier experience includes project coordination in underground utilities, internships focusing on environmental infrastructure, and a role as a PADI Divemaster. Niels holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has completed further education at the University of Twente.
