Cathy Wellings

Cathy Wellings is an accomplished intercultural trainer and coach with extensive experience in learning design, workshop facilitation, and communication skills development. Currently serving as the Intercultural Trainer and Coach at Cathy Wellings Consulting Ltd, Cathy also lectures on Global Workplace Cultures at IES Abroad and has previously facilitated workshops at The Open University. With a strong background in managing educational projects, Cathy established the London School of International Communication and held key roles at SIETAR UK and Communicaid. Educational qualifications include an MA in Applied Linguistics and ELT from King's College London and a BA (Hons) in French with Italian from the University of Leicester.
