Kathy Elefano has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kathy is currently the Executive Vice President of Sales at Siete Family Foods, a role they have held since June 2022. Prior to this, Kathy was the Vice President of Sales at Siete Family Foods from November 2020 to July 2022. Kathy held various positions at General Mills, including Natural & Organic Region Sales Director from April 2018 to March 2020, Director of Trade Planning & Strategy from February 2017 to March 2018, Zone Operations Manager from November 2015 to January 2017, Senior Customer Manager for Albertsons/Safeway from January 2015 to November 2015, Senior Customer Manager for Safeway from April 2013 to January 2015, Development Manager for Trade Planning from January 2012 to March 2013, Product Sales Manager for Pillsbury from June 2010 to December 2011, Category Development Manager for Meals from September 2009 to May 2010, Business Trade Manager from March 2008 to August 2009, Business Planning Manager from February 2007 to February 2008, Customer Account Manager I from August 2006 to January 2007, Business Planning Associate from February 2006 to July 2006, and Business Management Associate from February 2005 to January 2006.

Throughout their career, Kathy has demonstrated expertise in sales, trade planning, customer management, category development, and business planning. Kathy has managed teams, developed sales strategies, built customer relationships, and analyzed market data to drive sales growth. Kathy's wealth of experience in the food industry has equipped their with a strong understanding of the sales and trade landscape.
