Joonas Tiusanen

Joonas Tiusanen has extensive experience in account management and customer success, currently serving as Account Director - Europe at Sievo since December 2015, where responsibilities include sales support and customer relations. Prior roles at Sievo include Key Account Manager, Team Lead, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Development Manager. Previous experience includes positions at Metso from July 2011 to December 2015 as Purchasing Engineer, Contract Engineer, and Project Engineer, focusing on day-to-day business support and order management. Joonas began a career with a summer trainee position at Planmeca Oy in 2010. Education includes a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) and Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Industrial Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, complemented by an exchange period in Business Information Management at Bilkent University in 2011.
