Maria Lahtinen

Maria Lahtinen is an experienced professional in the field of product management and customer service. Currently serving as the Head of Sievo Academy and Product Manager at Sievo since February 2019, Maria has a strong background in customer onboarding and retention. Prior to this role, Maria worked at ZEF from February 2011 to January 2019 as Service Director and ZEF-Consultant, managing B2B customer service and SaaS product training. Earlier experience includes two positions as Export Coordinator at Stora Enso, where responsibilities centered on invoicing and documentation for shipments. Maria Lahtinen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Oulun ammattikorkeakoulu, completed in 2010.
