Marzio Mazzoleni

Marzio Mazzoleni is a seasoned corrosion protection and coating engineer with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various industries, including aerospace, automotive, and oil & gas. Currently serving as a Senior Corrosion Protection Engineer at Sif Group since August 2019, Marzio focuses on innovative coating systems and machinery development while enhancing quality and productivity in corrosion and surface treatment processes. Previous roles include coating engineering positions at Element Materials Technology and Heerema Fabrication Group, where Marzio managed projects and supervised subcontractors. Marzio also contributed to materials engineering and coating inspection for RINA, alongside developing and qualifying coating systems for Allseas and Advanced Technology Valve Spa. Additionally, Marzio has a background in technical journalism related to corrosion protection and holds a degree in Materials Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.
