Micha Italiaander

Micha Italiaander is an experienced professional in talent acquisition, organizational development, and strategic management, currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development and Manager of Strategy & Organizational Development at Sif Group since January 2021. Prior to this, Micha held key positions at Mercuri Urval as a Sr. Management Consultant and Sector Lead, and was involved in numerous initiatives including founding and organizing TEDx conferences in Rotterdam. Micha's background includes managing efforts to enhance labor mobility at MoveOn, overseeing HRM programs at ORAM, and providing consultancy through Concreaz. Additionally, Micha has experience in startup management with Matchbank and has played significant roles in enhancing technical vocational education in Amsterdam through the Regionaal TechnoCentrum and the Amsterdamse Vakschool voor de Installatiebranche. Micha holds an MSc in History from the University of Amsterdam and a post-doctorate in Strategic Sales Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
