Paul Kamphorst

Paul Kamphorst is an experienced professional in business process management and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) activities, currently serving as HSE project manager and group HSE manager at Sif Group since July 2021. Paul has extensive consulting experience, having worked independently for various companies including Innovutie and Allseas, where roles included Manager of Shared Logistics and Business Process Improvement Manager. Previous roles also encompass significant positions in corporate safety and quality management, operations, and business process improvement across organizations such as Wärtsilä, AVR, and Capgemini. Paul holds multiple degrees, including an MBA and an MSc in Environmental Sciences, alongside certifications in Change Leadership and Lean Six Sigma.
